![]() Or pumping up your tracker mid-combat effect. Infact, as it stands, it seems like it'd be slightly more useful to play another Traverse the Ulvenwald in the side(if you needed the tutor), and just spend the clue tokens to draw cards at the end of your opponent's turns. Tireless Tracker is amazing, but you don't have the density of clues to make Tamiyo's Journal a guaranteed effect, so honestly, it does not seem like a fantastic part of the 15. I would not be sideboarding Tamiyo's Journal. Questions? Suggestions? I will be taking this to a pptq in a few hours. This deck has it all: early pressure, card advantage, resiliency and awesome spells/ creatures. Why this deck? I wanted to be able to play the efficient green threats, backed by some of the best removal in standard. This is the definition of sideboard tech. Very good against control decks too, though can be harder to stick because of counter spells. This card actually reads: "Win target midrange mirror". Tutoring or drawing are good against those decks. Synergy with tireless tracker, good against control and midrange decks. This is the best way to deal with tokens in these colors.Ĭounters sweepers, bring it in against control decks. I like to bring this in vs the humans deck, to stabilize early and get threats deck later. Very good beater against token decks too. Kills a flipped Abbey, always watching Avacyn, and many other fliers.Ĭard advantage against midrange and control decks. ![]() Kills Ojutai and Sulimgar with efficiency. Gets the spot over the 3rd clip wings because it can't be countered. The goggle deck is not that good without goggles. Good against goggles, and always watching. Good to bring in against aggro decks to stop the early onslaught. This may be a problem against aggro decks, but I think sticking a 2 drop on turn 2 should end up being good enough. I haven't had much mana troubles with this deck so far, the early turns can be super awkward in some turns. You can also plus 2 without actually discarding, which works towards the ulti. With removal, card advantage, and an ult that can essentially win you the game, she is just what you want. Makes our creatures much more efficient than theirs in combat, and lets them block too.Ĭan start with 6 loyalty!? She is the corner piece of this deck. I won't run 4 because of mana concerns, but I have found 2 to be fine in lists like this one. Synergy with Nahiri possibly shouldn't be in the deck, but the ability to go to the face is relevant.ĭisgusting card. I would replace the Roast with the 4th copy. The best removal spell in standard, the only reason I don't have 4 in here is because I only have 3. Very good against red decks still, as well as being very good in creature heavy matchups. Kills Always Watching, Stasis Snare and others. ![]() Delirium is surprisingly easy to turn on with Evolving Wilds, and Nahiri. Helps to smooth out draws, and represents another threat late game. Nahiri ult target, this should be Dragonlord Atarka, but I don't have one yet. :0 She is in here for top end protection, as she gives me, tireless tracker, and any of the werewolves protection before they flip. He is the best creature in the deck, and I never don't want to not draw one.īad target for Nahiri's ult. I haven't been very impressed with this guy, but he is good burn/ card advantage and he enables delirium. Still, it forces your opponent to essentially give you free cards on the day side.Ī 3 cost 3/2 menace is an efficient beater. Originally started out as a 3-of, but it wasn't quite good enough. It stonewalls aggro decks and is just what I am looking for in a creature, love this guy.īear who can draw you cards on the day side, and deploy those cards for a reduced cost on the night side, great creature. If you drop it on turn 2, they have to play something or risk getting smacked for 4 on turn 3.Īn efficient beater with mad synergy with Needle Spires. It blocks Sylvan Advocate on curve, can attack if you have a Dromoka's Command or Always Watching, even if you don't have any other guys with power 4 or greater. I have been really impressed by the pacifist.
